The Digital Engagement Jigsaw (by reading this far you've poked a hole in the shrink wrap!)

I'm as guilty as everyone else of holding my jigsaw piece close to my chest and not letting you see whats on the four connectors ... but I think you have a jigsaw piece too with a bit of the picture I want to see - and I bet I know some acronyms that you don't and I think i've got a good idea but I don't know who to connect it with - is it her piece over there? .....

The Empty Room Syndrome

That's the thing about Twitter, you just never know where comments and conversations will lead, or how sometimes you pick up on a Tweet and follow through and start digging a bit deeper.
