Well - IMO if you say the word Sector it makes me think of a heirachy if you say Community it makes is more of a level playing field with everyone's views equally valid. Like minded folk is true too but it does not suggest cohesion?

Thanks Sarah Kate - brisk was kinda shorthand for sometimes not enough time for chatting, reflecting. On London evening events, really just more of the sort of things you mention, plus stuff by think tanks, publishers etc.
